How well the church fares in the future depends upon the training we give our young people. Our young people who are Christians are not looked upon, however, as the church of the future; they are very much a part of the church at the present.

Many members of the Adamsville family have a special interest in our young people, and provide numerous activities in which our young people can be together. While entertainment and fellowship are a vital part of the growing up process, the thrust of activities provided by the church is spiritual. We want our young people to develop into strong, mature Christians.

Perhaps the greatest undertaking of our youth would be the Lads to Leaders program. It is a study of work that continues year round preparing for the next convention in Nashville, TN. Working with the young people are numerous other members of the congregation who give themselves unselfishly to this important work.

This program helps our young people develop abilities in various areas. It is something the young people enjoy, and which is of great benefit to them and to the church.
